In this project, I worked on a design challenge for an enterprise application focused on data management processes—such as uploading, importing, document format management, and access control settings. Since no specific company case study was provided, I used Simpul Technologies, the company giving the challenge, as a reference to ensure the design solution was relevant to real-world context and needs.
To determine the color palette, I explored various references like Pinterest, Coolors, and other design platforms using a color theory approach. After several iterations and trials, I finalized a color palette that aligns with Simpul Technologies' visual identity. It includes not only the primary brand color but also functional colors such as success, error, and info to support various use cases.

Bright color tones were intentionally chosen to support the long-term usability of the application, especially since it deals with complex, information-dense data. Brighter colors help improve readability and reduce eye strain. Yellow is used as the primary accent color, reflecting the visual identity of Simpul Technologies—the reference company for this design challenge. The interface is designed from the point of view of a data analyst, focusing on clarity, usability, and visual consistency.
For the navigation structure, I applied a sidebar system, as enterprise applications typically involve complex and interconnected features. The sidebar can be expanded to show detailed menus or collapsed to provide a wider workspace based on the user’s needs. This flexibility helps users stay focused when working with large volumes of data.
Breadcrumbs are used to indicate the user's current location within the app’s navigation structure. This element also allows users to quickly and efficiently switch between related pages.
